Returns and Exchanges

- Exchanges and returns can be made within 7 business days, counted from the date the merchandise is received by the customer.

Note: The delivery date is considered to be the one informed by Correios (the company responsible for delivery), even if the recipient has not yet had contact with the product, but rather third parties such as doormen, family members, receptionists, etc.

- To make exchanges or returns, the customer must contact the Satú team via WhatsApp 27 99915-7889.
- The item sent for exchange or return must be in its original condition, with no signs of use and with the tag. In addition, the item must not have been washed.
- The shipping cost of the new item to the customer's address will be paid by Satú.
- We do not exchange custom-made items, as they do not fit our standard sizing/grade.
- Items on sale cannot be exchanged for items from the new collection.
- In case of a return with a refund, we will notify the customer as soon as we receive and inspect it, informing whether the refund has been approved or not. If the product meets the conditions, Satú will proceed with the refund, which will occur within 30 days automatically in the original payment method. Please remember that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
